Wiltshire, Perazzo in Hall of Fame
12/04/2006
At the annual meeting of the VBRA, the board decided to create a 'Wall of Fame' to recognise the achievements of former referees who had made significant contributions to the sport.
The first two referees inducted were Henry Perazzo and Paul Wiltshire, both of whom were Australia's referees in the 1956 Olympic Games.
Both Henry and Paul began refereeing together from the late 1940's and over the years had many state, national in international accreditations.
Paul was the President of the VRBA from 1954 to 1969 and was the first life member of the VRBA in 1961.
