Dragons Basketball Camps

Olympian Michele Timms and South Dragons star Matt Shanahan will conduct a series of camps in June for aspiring young basketballers.
Two Dragons Basketball Camps - to be hosted in Bulleen and Keysborough - will be an opportunity for boys and girls of all basketball standards to come and work on their game with the stars of Victorian hoops.
What: South Dragons Basketball Camp, for boys and girls aged 6-12 years
Where: Bulleen Basketball Stadium, Sheahans Rd Bulleen (Melways Ref 32 G5)
When: 19th-20th June, 2006, 9:30-3:00pm

What: South Dragons Basketball Camp, for boys and girls aged 6-14 years
Where: Springers Leisure Centre, 400 Cheltenham Road, Keysborough. (Melways Ref 89 A10)
When: 26th-27th June, 2006, 9:30-3:00pm

"The Dragons camps will be an ideal opportunity both for the kids to work on their game, and for parents to know that their kids are enjoying the holiday break in a safe environment," said Timms.
"We'll work on ball handling, passing, shooting and fitness," Timms continued. "Most importantly, the kids will have a great time with their heroes."
All attendees will receive a camp t-shirt, a southdragons.com spirit band and basketball.
