Saturday night the SABRES Youth League Women will host Eltham who are currently sitting third on the ladder. The Lady SABRES will be looking for their first win of the season after they managed to stay with the top of the table Nunawading Spectres for 3 quarters on Sunday.

The Youth League Men will host Bendigo at 8pm on Saturday night. The SABRES have not had the start to the season they were looking for after dropping a few close games but this week they will be looking to turn the tables but it will once again be a tough ask as the Braves currently sit 2nd on the Big V ladder.

Sunday will be the Championship sides that will take the court. The Lady SABRES should account for Coburg easily to extend their winning streak to 8 after they accounted for Geelong on the weekend. With a few tough games ahead of them over the next few weeks the Lady SABRES will need the win.

Finally for the weekend the SABRES Men will return home after a tough game at Werribee on Saturday night. On Sunday the SABRES will once again have their work cut out for them as they host Eltham. Again the SABRES will want to continue their winning start to the season as they also face a tough run of games over the next month.
