After another sensational weekend of basketball, Kilsyth Lady Cobras forward Lil Keane receives her third Player of the Week recognition in five weeks. Lil averaged 30.5 points, 11 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals to help her team to a rewarding 2-0 record for the round.

Lil started the weekend in blistering form with 37pts@70%, 10rebs, 2ass and 2stls to help the Lady Cobras to a 95-83 road victory againstBendigo. Lil was a dominant force in the opening quarter, recording 16pts, including a streak of eight to finish the quarter. The following day Lil continued her great form with 24pts@40%, 12rebs, 1ass and 1stl at Frankston.

Other notable performances were;

Frankston Lady Blues Julie Ofsoski helped her team to a 1-1 weekend including a road victory against Ballarat, and finished the weekend averaging 19.5pts, 12.5rebs and 1.5blks.

In her first weekend of SEABL basketball since returning from Tulsa University, Megan Moody averaged 19pts and 6rebs and helped Knox Raiders to a successful 2-0 weekend in Tasmania.
