Roberts will play his 300th ABA game in the clash, having competed in both the SEABL and Big V Championship for the Jayco Rangers.

Roberts started his basketball career at just 8 years of age, playing with the Junior Rangers in the Victorian Metropolitan Junior Championship from 12 through to Under 20's. Mark represented his State in under 16 and 18 and 20, winning gold medals in the 18's and 20's.

In 1997 Mark was a member of the SEABL East Conference Championship winning team with Dandenong. Over the years Mark has built up a fierce reputation as a great defender, team person and leader who currently is averaging 9.2 points, 2.8 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game in the Big V.

In all Roberts has now ammassed over 3100 points in ABA competition, 900 rebounds and 890 assists. His ABA averages stand at 10.3ppg, 3.0 rpg and 2.9apg.

During Season 2004 Mark won the Rangers MVP award, coincidentally named after Mark's Dad, "Jim Roberts Memorial Award".

The Dandenong Rangers are urging all Rangers supporters to get to the game this Saturday to acknowledge Mark's milestone and cheer the Rangers home.
