Weekend wrap: Holmes rolling

Amassing 23 points and 20 rebounds on Saturday, South Dragon Jacob Holmes was just one assist shy of his second triple-double in two weeks.
Holmes has come up big in the Adelaide competition, last week filling the stat sheet with 15 points, 15 rebounds and 15 assists. Unlike last week, Jacob's effort was unable to lift the Mavericks, going down 110-105 to the Woodville Warriors.
In Mildura on Saturday Matt Shanahan continued his strong form for SEABL side Kilsyth Cobras with 26 points, 5 assists and 4 steals in a 105 - 98 win.

Swingman Frank Drmic knocked down 20 points on Friday and came up huge on Saturday with 38 points and eight rebounds for the Southern District Spartans
