Holmes had 27 points on Friday, and backed up with 31 on Saturday against his old side as Victoria's newest club won their second and third ever hit-out 115-107 (Friday) and 120-105 (Saturday).

"Even though it's early in the piece, it's good to know we look like quite an offensive team," said chairman Mark Cowan today.

"And for Jacob to put up 58 points over the weekend is impressive, he looks to be in great shape."
