Following the recent announcement of Shane Heal as Dragons head coach, Heal has decided to hand over the captaincy to concentrate on his more important coaching duties.

With this decision, Heal and the extended coaching staff have selected Kavossy Franklin and Matt Shanahan to co-captain the Dragons into the future. Both Franklin and Shanahan are extremely excited with their newfound responsibility and are keen to prove themselves as leaders of the Dragons. And remember - two captains are better than one!
