Cameron averaged 8.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists for the University of Louisiana Lafayette during the 2005-06 season and guided the Ragin' Cajuns to a 13-16 record. After a successful 4-year college career in the US, Cameron is again looking to make an impact in the SEABL. Cameron played 45 SEABL games as an AIS scholarship holder during the 2000 and 2001 seasons.

"Chris was a member of my 1999 USA Touring team and I have watched his development and progression since. His time at the AIS and at Louisiana Lafayette was exceptional and he has a great future ahead of him in this game. Importantly though, he is a quality team player with a great hunger for team success in 2007."

"Chris has a close friendship with a number of our senior players and training with us for the past couple of SEABL seasons during his college off-seasons. With that in mind, it is almost like he has been one of us for the past couple of years and he will fit in very easily already knowing our structures, personalities and traditions" said Wallace.

"I have ties with Grant and many of the players at Kilsyth, when I thought of playing SEABL again, Kilsyth is where I wanted to play!"

"With the quality of the team we are putting on the floor, I am looking forward to helping Kilsyth return to their past success and get back to the National Championships" said Cameron.

Kilsyth still have three spots on the roster to fill but Wallace said "we have three exceptional players ready to sign and we are just working on the details. Chris will complement these guys and the remainder of the squad. We are looking for him to have a big impact on the SEABL in 2007."

Club Kilsyth Cobras begin training shortly and will be making regular appearances at junior Cobra trainings and around the Club over the coming months. Kilsyth welcomes Chris to the club and look forward to his contribution on and off the court.
