To return an item(s), please include a copy of the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address that appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 10 working days of dispatch date, unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

How can I exchange a product(s)?

For an exchange of style please include original freight charge or credit card details to cover re-delivery costs. For overseas exchanges cost will also be at original freight charge. Please do not re-use our postal bag. Refunds and exchanges are processed within five working days of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.
